Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex for a Marketing Coordinator with a strong Social Media focus. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brands to life across social platforms while supporting broader marketing initiatives (from campaign execution and content creation to events, sales support, and brand storytelling).

What You’ll Do
- Social Media & Content
- Manage and execute daily social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and short-form video
- Assist with content planning, calendars, and campaign rollouts
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support community management
- Track performance and help report on growth, reach, and engagement
- Marketing & Brand Support
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from concept through execution
- Support sales initiatives with marketing assets and content
- Assist with photoshoots, video shoots, and behind-the-scenes content capture
- Help plan and execute events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Project Coordination
- Manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Collaborate closely with Design, Sales, and Leadership teams
- Keep things moving (organized, on time, and on brand)
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for a brand
- Comfortable creating content (copy, basic graphics, short-form video)
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
