Role Description
This is a contract position for a Junior Interior Designer in a hybrid capacity, based in Parkland, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Interior Designer will collaborate closely with the team to assist in designing and planning interior spaces, support the development of construction drawings, and contribute to the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Ensuring that client needs are met while maintaining the firm's design philosophy and standards will be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and experience with Interior Design principles
- Familiarity with Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection processes
- Attention to detail, creativity, and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate both onsite and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred
- Experience or interest in working within high-end residential design is a plus
