HMM is looking for qualified Outside Sales candidates to expand its growing sales team in Atlanta, GA.
- Past ocean carrier experience is strongly preferred.
- Past experience handling BCO and NVOCC customer base for TPE, TPW, and other Global trades is strongly recommended.
- Some travel is required (within the Southeast Region).

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

- Build and maintain client relationships
- Expand & diversify existing incumbent customer base as well as develop new target accounts
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with bid tools such as InforNexus, Coupa, Arriba, etc..
- Ability to analyze and to clearly present data to outside clients as well as to key internal stakeholders within the organization.
