Altuva is a public market investment platform focused on acquiring undervalued public companies and repurposing their balance sheet capital into higher performing, asymmetric asset classes. We operate at the intersection of special situations and public market inefficiencies, targeting companies where capital is mispriced, underutilized, or trapped.
We are not a traditional fund and this is not a passive analyst role. We are looking for an investment analyst who takes full ownership of their workflow from end-to-end. This includes sourcing and identifying acquisition targets, conducting fundamental and balance sheet analysis, initiating and managing outreach to management teams and advisors, driving follow ups, and supporting transactions through to signed agreements. The role requires commercial judgment, persistence, and the ability to operate independently in a fast moving, high accountability environment. This is a builder role for someone who wants direct exposure to deal making rather than a narrow research seat.

- Take ownership end-to-end: from idea to closing
- Move at startup speed, no bloated process, no slide decks for the sake of it
