Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area. Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends—Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne—in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer as we know it. Beginning play in the 2024 season, we are building a squad that will play the beautiful game with power, passion, energy, and creativity.

Position Summary
The Design team at Bay FC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented intern to support visual and brand initiatives across the organization. This 10-week, part-time internship (12–20 hours per week) will be based in our San Francisco office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional evening and weekend event support, from June 9 through August 14.
Responsibilities
- Work with Bay FC's creative services team to create captivating graphics for social media, marketing, email, ticketing, in-game display, broadcast, merchandise, and print.
- Organize photo assets in photo management software.
- Effectively manage and prioritize tasks, delivery timelines, and review/approval processes.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with Bay FC's brand guidelines.
- Participate in cohort-wide meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college enrollment with design focus preferred.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Must be able to show examples of creative work.
- Photography experience is a plus.
- Required to work occasional evenings & match days.
- Well-organized, self-starting, hard-working, detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable.
- High-level communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Passionate about Bay FC, women's soccer, and women's sports, and willing to continue learning and supporting the organization's mission, values, and goals.
Compensation
The compensation for this role starts at $20/hour.
