Financial Planning Coordinator
Position Overview
The Financial Planning Coordinator works with financial representatives to deliver financial security to clients through a comprehensive planning process that integrates risk and investment products. Associates help financial representatives increase productivity by providing planning and integrated operations support.
Responsibilities
Sales & Service Support
- Compile annual review kits including client review documents, in-force insurance illustrations, Morningstar reports, investment statements, and updated financial plans
- Build financial plans for prospective and current clients from scratch or update as needed
- Illustrate insurance products based on advisor recommendations
- Assemble investment proposals using Morningstar, mutual fund companies, and internal systems
- Maintain timely support through Microsoft Dynamics 365 workflow tasking
- Collaborate with Home Office support services to deliver quality service
- Maintain compliant electronic client files and ongoing advisor support
- Process, or collaborate with others, to open and fund investment accounts and complete service requests such as disbursements, transfers, and trade corrections

Preferred or Willing to Obtain
- Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses
- Associate Financial Representative contract
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or equivalent experience
- SIE
- Series 6 or 7 and Series 63

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
