Marca is a full-service creative and marketing agency working with brands across lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, retail, nonprofit, and professional services. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Producer who understands how to create compelling content while also thinking strategically about growth and performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple brands, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and wants hands-on experience with a clear opportunity to advance quickly.

You’ll manage and grow client social media accounts with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook, while supporting platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. This is an in-person role based in Cincinnati, working closely with Marca’s creative, video, and strategy teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute content calendars aligned with client goals and brand identity
Create and produce aesthetic-driven content including short-form video, graphics, and photo-based posts
Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook accounts, with support for TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Schedule and publish content using Cloud Campaign or similar social media management tools
Write captions that support engagement, discovery, and brand voice
Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy to drive growth, reach, and engagement
Stay current on platform trends, formats, sounds, and best practices
Collaborate with designers, videographers, strategists, and account leads to deliver high-quality content
Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining organization, consistency, and attention to detail

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts or producing digital content
Strong eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
Experience creating and editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with social scheduling platforms such as Cloud Campaign, Hootsuite, Later, or similar
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook, with working knowledge of TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple brands
Agency experience is a plus, but not required
