We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign coordination, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events)
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms
- Support email marketing campaigns and list management
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions)
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, design) to ensure brand consistency
- Help manage marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets
- Support event planning and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
