The Role
Depending on your experience and level, you will:
- Deliver high-quality client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables
- Assess client organizations, processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions
- Manage project delivery end-to-end, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards
- Facilitate workshops and effectively gather business and technical requirements
- Build trusted client relationships and act as a day-to-day advisor
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
- Support business development, account growth, and firm initiatives
- Stay current on banking trends, digital innovation, and emerging technologies
Your Background
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of banking products and operations (retail, wealth, corporate, or investment banking)
- Experience delivering consulting engagements and working directly with clients
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Exposure to transformation or technology programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel and work regularly from the Manhattan office
