About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about design, eager to sharpen their craft, and excited to learn within a fast-moving agency environment.
You’ll work alongside our Graphic Designers and Art Director to support client campaigns and internal initiatives—helping bring ideas to life across digital and print platforms. If you’re organized, coachable, creatively curious, and motivated to grow, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the creative team to design assets across social, digital advertising, web, email, presentations, and print
- Assist with layout design, resizing, formatting, and production-ready file prep
- Translate brand guidelines into clean, on-brand creative executions
- Support prepress preparation and asset packaging for final delivery
- Work within established design systems while contributing thoughtful improvements
- Participate in feedback cycles and iterate quickly in a collaborative environment
- Help maintain internal templates and support ARM Creative’s own marketing efforts
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
- Jump in where needed to support team priorities and project workflows
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of design experience (internships and relevant freelance work included)
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, layout skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with Canva and Figma is a plus
- Solid understanding of typography, color, spacing, and composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects, follow direction, and meet deadlines
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Bonus skills: motion graphics, illustration, photography, or video editing

Location
This role is based in Bellevue, WA, with occasional travel opportunities.
