Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Radiant Heat Design Associate to join our innovative team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We will train you in Radiant Heating design so you can design and quote our systems for customers. This role involves developing detailed system designs for radiant heating solutions, utilizing advanced CAD and drafting tools, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Duties
- Create detailed layouts and system designs for residential and commercial radiant heat projects using specialized CAD software.
- Create itemized material quotes based on system designs and communicate with customers to ensure receipt of quotes.
- Collaborate with sales, fabrication, shipping, and tech support teams on all aspects of radiant heat projects.
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and best practices.
- Answer phones and field basic questions from customers.
- Follow up regularly with customers on quotes created.
Skills
- Experience with CAD based drawing software a plus, experience with vector based graphic drawing software such as Illustrator also helpful.
- Background in the trades and basic understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Organization and self motivation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret floor plans, technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Excellent understanding of mechanical systems design related to radiant heating solutions.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
