Position Summary
Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to support company growth through lead generation, client relationships, and new project opportunities. This role rewards performance and initiative with a competitive base salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, brokers, and industry partners
- Support proposals, bids, and client presentations
- Track outreach, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems
- Attend networking events, site walks, and industry functions as needed
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to convert opportunities into projects
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or construction-related roles preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Construction, maintenance, or commercial services experience is a plus
