Role And Responsibilities
Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Intern Program. This exciting opportunity offers a paid, 10-week experience for selected senior or recently graduated students. The program will run from June 1 to August 7.
Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates, possess U.S. work authorization, and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule. Additionally, participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged. The application window is open until March 15, 2026; however, it may close earlier if all available roles are filled. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Corporate Strategy Intern to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, market analysis, and business development efforts. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, conduct market research, and support the development of strategic recommendations for driving business growth.
The Intern will become an integral part of the Corporate Strategy Team that sets mid- to long-term business goals for Samsung Electronics America and supports the senior leadership team in their decision making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-level and business-unit strategy initiatives, including growth opportunities, competitive positioning, market entry assessments and business model innovation
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics across consumer electronics, mobile, and adjacent ecosystems
- Build structured financial and strategic models to evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities
- Synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including the various lines of business, marketing & sales, and other corporate functions
Skills And Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a top-tier Bachelor or Master’s program, with strong academic performance
- Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or a closely related field desirable, but not compulsory
- Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous problems, analyze data rigorously, and communicate insights with clarity and confidence
- Intellectual curiosity about technology, platforms, and innovation-driven business models
- High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and comfort working with senior leaders
The hourly range for this role is $36 and $41. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
