Role Description
We’re seeking a freelance graphic designer for a remote, part-time role supporting HARDI’s marketing initiatives, talent development resources, and market intelligence publications. The Graphic Designer will develop and execute visually impactful designs, branding materials, marketing collateral, and other graphic assets. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, ensuring design consistency with brand guidelines, and delivering projects within established deadlines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Graphic Design, including proficiency in creating visual content for various media
- Strong knowledge of Typography and layout design for professional-quality deliverables
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to transform concepts into visual storytelling
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred
