We’re looking for an Amazon Junior Analyst to join our team! This person needs to be an analytical, detail-oriented professional to support and scale our Amazon business through data-driven insights. This role will partner closely with advertising, operations, and commercial teams to drive performance across the channel. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution within a fast-growing consumer brand.
This position is 4x in-office in NYC with WFH Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of Amazon performance data across sales, traffic, conversion, media efficiency, and inventory health
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Partner with Amazon merchandising and marketing teams to track campaign performance and support ROI analysis
- Monitor trends and performance across SKUs and categories, flagging risks and opportunities
- Help support forecasting, demand planning, and promotional analysis tied to Amazon initiatives
- Translate data into clear insights and summaries for cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across Amazon reporting tools and internal data sources
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Amazon KPIs and measurement frameworks

- Insights that help inform media, merchandising, and inventory strategies
- Strong partnership with the Senior Manager of Amazon Data & Analytics and cross-functional teams
- Rapid learning curve and increasing ownership of Amazon-related analytics
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics, data, or performance roles (eCommerce or consumer brands preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills are required, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, and managing large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Amazon metrics, platforms, or tools (e.g., Seller Central, Vendor Central, AMC) is a plus, but not required
- Experience supporting digital media, performance marketing, or merchandising analysis is a plus
- Exposure to SQL, BI tools, or visualization platforms is helpful but not required
- Clear communicator with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
