Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales and customer service interactions
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance, investment, or retirement products
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand client base
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet individual and team targets
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration
- Provide ongoing support to clients regarding policy updates, claims, and benefits enrollment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote financial products and services effectively
- Assist clients in understanding complex financial concepts through clear communication skills
Experience
- Prior experience in outside sales, insurance sales, or retail sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with sales administration and analysis skills to interpret client data effectively
- Background in benefits administration or customer service roles enhances candidate suitability
- Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns is advantageous
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensures compliance when handling confidential information
