The Creative Agency is hiring a Graphic Designer (Brand + Digital + Print) to support a fast-moving, performance-driven agency environment.
This is a true designer role. You will work across brand identity systems, digital campaigns, website design in Figma, and print collateral including playbills, programs, and marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with the Brand Design Manager and Social & Email Campaign Lead to translate strategy into cohesive, commercially effective creative.
We value original thinking, disciplined layout, strong typography, and clean execution over trend-chasing. If you can shift between logo systems, web layouts, social campaigns, and print production without losing precision, this role is for you.
This Role Requires;
Brand Identity & Logo Development
- Design and refine logos, submarks, and visual identity systems
- Build brand guidelines including typography, color systems, spacing, and usage rules
- Support brand refreshes and new brand builds under creative direction
Digital Design
- Design marketing assets across social, email, paid media, and web
- Build and refine website layouts in Figma aligned with brand standards
- Create performance-driven ad creative and campaign visuals
- Ensure visual consistency across digital touchpoints
Print Design
- Design production-ready materials including playbills, programs, brochures, signage, and collateral
- Prepare print files with proper specs, bleeds, margins, and export standards
- Maintain accuracy and quality control in final deliverables
Collaboration & Workflow
- Partner with the Social & Email Campaign Lead to execute campaign concepts
- Support the Brand Design Manager in maintaining visual integrity across accounts
- Manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of design experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, digital design, and print work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
- Working knowledge of Figma for website layout and UI systems
- Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
- Comfort working quickly without sacrificing detail or polish
- Organized file management and clean handoff practices
Portfolio Requirements
Your portfolio must include:
• At least one full brand identity system (logo + supporting assets)
• At least one web or landing page layout (Figma preferred)
• At least one multi-piece print project prepared for production
