Purpose of Position
The Sales & Distribution Support Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales and distribution processes. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing orders, and supporting our sales and distribution departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Route-To-Market (RTM) Processing
- Receive and process customer inventory & sales data orders accurately and promptly.
- Verify RTM reports/details, pricing, distribution, and inventory information.
- Monitor and coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and commercial finance for the monthly and quarterly reports.
2. Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the sales & logistics teams to maintain stock availability.
- Track the inventory levels at the distributors’ warehouse with the assistance from the sales team.
3. Customer Support
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
4. GM office & Sales Team Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative assistance.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist in preparing GM’s travel itinerary, expenses claims and daily operations.
- Gather and consolidate the weekly/monthly reports from sales & marketing team for GM office.
5. Distribution Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor shipment tracking and communicate delivery updates to relevant stakeholders.
6. Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of Route-To-Market, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Generate reports to analyze sales and distribution data.
- Work closely with the sales team to monitor the effective management of price, promotion, distribution, and displays, including the POSMs
7. New Channel
- Assist in exploring a new channel of distribution.
Additional/optional portfolio – Social Media Account Management
- Responsible for creating and maintaining Yeo’s social media account, TikTok. This role involves content creation, audience engagement, and leveraging TikTok as a marketing tool to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to inform marketing strategies
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contest
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills.
