Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer, located in the Greater Harrisburg Area. The UI/UX Designer will create user-centric designs by building mockups, prototypes, and compelling visual designs. Responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, conducting user research, and implementing user experience strategies. The role will also involve collaborating with developers to ensure a seamless execution of front-end design.
Qualifications
- Experience with designing mockups, wireframes, and visual design assets
- Proficiency in creating prototypes and User Experience Designs (UED)
- Understanding of Front-End Development concepts and how designs translate into code
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
