We currently have a new career opportunity for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton!
The DigitalMarketing Manager leads the credit union’s digital marketing strategy by understanding the member’s journey and implementing and maximizing the omni channel experience. This role will focus on defining optimization opportunities for existing digital marketing channels and helping grow the credit union’s digital footprint through additional channels. This team member will help accelerate growth and engagement through data-driven decision-making and emerging trend adoption.
The primary responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager role include but are not limited to:
- Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
- Leading the credit union’s digital marketing strategy focusing on an omni channel experience
- Optimizing digital marketing channels by turning analytics into insights, and insights into action plans to prioritize workload and ensure efficient execution
- Increasing efficiency and improving performance of digital marketing channels for member and prospect engagement, including pilot engagements and advancing into standardized execution
- Onboarding new digital marketing platforms and channels, such as a CRM, to make sure credit union’s digital growth goals are met
- Understanding and optimizing member path to purchase, prioritizing prospect and member acquisition engagements
- Helping capture and implement user experience (UX) design improvements to increase engagement and conversions across all digital marketing channels
- Partnering with external digital marketing vendors to maximize paid and digital advertising efforts
- Staying current on emerging digital marketing and industry trends, advancing the credit union’s digital marketing capabilities
- Defining KPIs for digital marketing channels and campaigns to enable performance monitoring and continuous improvement
- Managing and prioritizing projects for Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist
- Work with marketing leadership to set and optimize digital marketing budget
Candidates for the Digital Marketing Manager position should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or similar field
- Five or more years of similar or related experience
- Proven success in omni channel planning and execution with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with UX principles, SEO/GEO optimization, and paid media strategies
- Experience with path-to-purchase mapping and funnel optimization
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and other digital marketing tools
- Experience managing people is a plus
- Experience in financial services or credit union industry is a plus
- Ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and turn insights into action
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to spot and understand trends and recommend how to react to them
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Possess enthusiasm for the mission of FCCU and the communities served
