💼 What Is This Role – Really?
This is a business development and client acquisition role within the energy sector.
You are responsible for:
- Winning new business
- Building long-term client partnerships
- Driving revenue growth
- Owning commercial negotiations
You will work closely with an amazing recruitment delivery team who sources and qualifies talent to fulfill the roles you win.
Your focus: opening doors, building accounts, and generating revenue.
Every deal you bring in creates revenue for the business — and you earn commission on it.
There is no cap on what you can make.
Your success = your paycheck.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development & Sales
- Cold call, email, and meet decision-makers in Renewable Energy & Infrastructure
- Generate new client partnerships
- Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Pitch tailored workforce solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Position yourself as a market expert and trusted advisor
Client & Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand hiring plans and project pipelines
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery
- Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
