- Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client needs, presenting compelling proposals, and overcoming objections confidently.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to deliver insightful advice during customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
- Support inside sales efforts by coordinating with team members on account strategies and follow-up actions.
- Analyze sales data regularly to identify areas for growth, optimize territory management, and improve overall sales performance.
Experience
- Proven track record in outside sales or B2B sales roles with demonstrated success in managing territories and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong background in management or leadership roles within a sales environment preferred.
- Experience with CRM software for lead tracking, account management, and sales analysis.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes, product demos, and upselling techniques across various industries including construction.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
