As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated new business producer to drive revenue.
Position Overview
We are hiring a results-driven Account Executive whose primary responsibility is generating new business.
This is a true hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, closing new accounts, and building a pipeline from the ground up. You will not be responsible for servicing day-to-day account management once accounts are established — your focus is acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound prospecting (email, phone, networking, in-person)
- Build relationships with decision-makers
- Present company capabilities and solutions
- Close new accounts and transition them internally
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of generating new revenue
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Experience in apparel, promotional products, print, or service-based sales is a plus.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary( 75k-90k)
