Role Description
• Source, screen, interview, evaluate and retain candidates for open positions
• Foster long term relationships with our consultants
• Review and understand job requirements and match them with correct skill sets
• Manage entire process for consultants, ensuring a transparent, positive experience
• Negotiate pay rates
• Work with sales team on delivery expectations
• Networking with other professionals, both on and off site, to build strong relationships
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or some formal education
• An interest or experience in outside/inside sales, account management, staffing or business development
• Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
• Eagerness to learn and step outside your comfort zone
