Marketing Communication (MarCom) Manager Summary:
Chetu is seeking a full-time, experienced Marketing Communication Manager (MarCom Manager) to drive consistency, clarity, and accountability across all marketing communications. This role is responsible for executing and managing multi-channel communications that support demand generation, brand visibility, and pipeline growth.
The MarCom Manager ensures all messaging aligns with Chetu’s brand, business objectives, and go-to-market strategies. This role also owns the strategic and correct usage of Chai, Chetu’s mascot, ensuring consistent, brand-safe application across campaigns and communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a KPI-driven marketing environment.
Compensation Structure:
- Package Range $60K - $70K
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications Execution
- Execute and manage marketing communications initiatives across digital, social, PR, email, events, and internal communications
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand alignment across all marketing assets, channels, and campaigns
- Maintain communication calendars, timelines, approvals, and version control
Brand Governance & Mascot Ownership
- Own and govern the usage of Chai, ensuring approved, consistent, and brand-safe application across all materials
- Enforce brand guidelines across creative, content, and campaign assets
Demand Generation & Campaign Support
- Support demand generation initiatives by aligning messaging with PPC, SEO, Content, Email, and Sales teams
- Ensure all communications support pipeline goals, vertical strategies, and sales enablement needs
PR, Events & External Communications
- Manage press releases, announcements, media coordination, and thought leadership placements
- Support events, tradeshows, webinars, and partnerships with aligned messaging and branded collateral
- Coordinate pre- and post-event communications to maximize reach and impact
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and report metrics related to engagement, visibility, and campaign performance
- Translate performance insights into actionable improvements that support growth objectives
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand, or Integrated Marketing roles within a B2B environment (technology, software, or digital services preferred)
- Proven experience managing multi-channel communication strategies across PR, social media, email marketing, events, and digital campaigns
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including campaign execution, workflows, email marketing, and reporting (required)
- Strong experience enforcing brand guidelines and governance processes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Content, PPC, SEO, Sales, Events, and Leadership teams
- Background in PR, media outreach, thought leadership, and analyst relations
- Experience supporting marketing communications for events, tradeshows, webinars, and partnerships
- Proven ability to manage communication calendars, asset delivery, and approvals in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working in KPI-driven environments with strong accountability and reporting cadence.
