Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support client accounts and internal marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms
- Support content creation, including drafting captions and coordinating visual assets
- Maintain and update editorial calendars and project management systems
- Prepare and compile monthly performance reports (KPIs, engagement metrics, campaign summaries)
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns
- Support campaign coordination and client deliverables
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms
- Proficiency in Canva required
- Graphic design skills a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a hybrid model
