Fiberutilities Group (FG) is actively hiring a Client Success Engineer to join its growing team in Cedar Rapids, IA.
As the Client Success Engineer, you will ensure smooth implementation and performance of voice and data solutions, provide technical support, resolve issues, and build strong client relationships to drive retention.

Job Duties:
- Manage onboarding and implementation of telecom solutions
- Provide technical support and resolve service issues
- Monitor performance and optimize services
- Partner with internal teams to support clients
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention
Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years of network or sales engineering experience in telecom or managed services
- 1+ years of network client management experience
- Experience with building LAN/WAN solutions preferred
- Experience engaging directly with CIOs and IT leaders in solution-selling environments
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or related field preferred
