Kingfisher Recruiting has been retained to identify a Marketing Manager (Sales-Focused) to support a growing commercial technology and services organization. This role is designed for a marketing-driven professional who understands how to strengthen brand presence, support sales execution, and translate completed projects into visible market momentum.
This position bridges the gap between marketing execution, external visibility, and sales enablement.
Candidate must have Marketing Strategy experience in B2B and resume must demonstrate experience supporting sales growth to be considered.
Why This Role Exists
The organization currently lacks a single point of ownership for marketing execution. As a result, website updates, project highlights, campaigns, and trade show efforts have been inconsistent and reactive.

Primary Objective
To drive business growth by owning marketing execution and sales support, ensuring the company consistently communicates its capabilities, project wins, and value proposition across digital platforms, campaigns, and in-person events.
Core Responsibilities
Website & Digital Presence
- Own ongoing website updates and content development
- Publish project highlights, case studies, and vertical-specific messaging
- Ensure digital presence accurately reflects current capabilities and completed work
- Maintain alignment between messaging and strategic growth objectives
Marketing Campaigns & Content Development
- Utilize CRM data (ConnectWise or similar platform) for segmentation and targeted campaigns
- Create and manage outbound marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, project spotlights)
- Convert internal successes into polished, external-facing content
- Develop reusable marketing assets aligned with sales priorities
Sales Team Support
- Create sales enablement materials (one-pagers, capability decks, presentations)
- Support account-based marketing initiatives
- Reduce reliance on sales team to independently create marketing materials
- Align messaging with real-world field execution and customer results
Trade Shows & Events
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and industry events
- Develop event messaging aligned with growth objectives
- Oversee booth materials, collateral, and presentation consistency
- Coordinate structured post-event follow-up campaigns
Business Development Support (Non-Quota)
- Assist leadership with strategic growth initiatives and market positioning
- Support exploration of new verticals and partnership opportunities
- Provide marketing enablement to business development efforts
- Enhance outreach without replacing sales leadership

- Not a cold-calling sales position
