Position
The PR & Marketing Intern will support the Marketing department on all projects supporting our global communications strategy across brand campaigns, product launches, influencer relationships, local events, and product integration opportunities to continue our efforts in building brand equity and brand awareness in North America.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the RIMOWA product and sample showroom, facilitate product requests from editors, influencers, stylists, and recommend the best collections to fit their needs
- Assist in influencer and celebrity gifting needs
- Maintain product tracker to ensure sample inventory is up to date and product is returned in a timely manner
- Maintain creative assets and contact database
- Support the PR team’s outreach efforts across influencer campaigns and provide local influencer suggestions for the brand
- Assist in the planning, production, and execution of all brand events - including collaboration activations and local retail events
- Working cross-functionally across the Marketing, PR, Ecommerce, Retail, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitoring daily press features, social posts, and celebrity spotting's
Profile
All interns must be eligible to work in the U.S.
This is a paid internship.
Furthermore, we seek:
- Currently in a 4-year undergraduate program, previous internship experience preferred (not required)
- Passion or interest in luxury, fashion, or retail
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Familiar with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain relationships and influence others
- Deep understanding of social media and online marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- High work ethic, integrity, and is not scared to “roll up his/her sleeves” to execute and drive results.
- Has a “do what it takes” attitude.
