Role Summary:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will drive the execution of CLEO’s retail marketing initiatives across our four core markets and beyond. You will serve as the point person for organization, execution, and return-on-investment across all retail-facing marketing activities. In this role, you will own CLEO’s retail marketing calendar, manage key partnerships, and support initiatives ranging from pop-up events and referral programs to micro-influencer strategies and email campaigns. You will also track and analyze performance in partnership with CLEO’s data team and operational leadership to ensure continuous optimization.
Core Responsibilities:
Partner Lead Generation:
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners for retail marketing efforts across CLEO’s core markets ranging from hair-salons to pilates studios to permanent makeup artists & beyond.
- Drive outbound messaging, and onboarding processes of potential partners - educating them on CLEO’s philosophy around skincare and the nature of our referral programs.
Ongoing Partner Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CLEO’s local partners, ensuring high engagement and ongoing collaboration.
- Monitor performance of partner-driven activations through code utilization, bookings, and referral conversion metrics.
Event & Activation Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for local events, pop-ups, and in-studio activations—including scheduling, inventory needs, staffing, and partner communication.
- Support pre- and post-event workflows such as briefing materials, promotional asset distribution, and performance reporting
Marketing Operations:
- Manage the retail marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across markets and internal teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to support email campaigns, micro-influencer outreach, and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain organized documentation, assets, and tracking systems to ensure seamless, repeatable execution of marketing program
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships or social media management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep personal interest in skincare, anti-ageing and various health + wellness modalities
- Willingness to travel >10% of time as CLEO expands nationally
