About The Role
Join us as a Software Engineer I where you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and driving operational excellence. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Software Engineer I. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a base-level understanding of the software development life cycle, experience with technologies like React-Native, C#, and SQL, and a passion for contributing to innovative projects.
What You’ll Do
Employee may perform other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of Transport Enterprise Leasing, LLC.
Software Development:
- Work collaboratively with the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications.
- Utilize React-Native for cross-platform mobile application development.
- Apply C# for server-side application logic and SQL for database management.
Full Stack Development:
- Contribute to both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Engage in the entire software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Salesforce Support:
- Provide support for the Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to integrate custom solutions and enhancements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any challenges.
Learning and Growth:
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in software development.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and contribute to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a junior software engineer with a solid grasp of the software development life cycle and hands-on experience using React‑Native, C#, and SQL to build and support full‑stack applications. They bring strong problem‑solving skills, communicate well with technical and non‑technical teams, and are comfortable contributing across front‑end, back‑end, and Salesforce support work. Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn, they thrive in a team environment and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and development practices.
Qualifications:
To be effective in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following attributes.
- Understanding of the various stages of SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in developing cross-platform mobile applications using React-Native.
- Solid understanding of C# for server-side application logic and development.
- Knowledge of SQL for designing and managing databases, including database queries and optimization.
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, for front-end development.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce administration and support, including configuring and maintaining Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development.
- Ability to contribute to both front-end and back-end development, ensuring a cohesive and integrated solution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, actively participating in discussions and contributing to collective goals.

Education and Experience:

- Basic knowledge of Salesforce administration and support.
