Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales & Marketing Intern to support our growth initiatives across sales, partnerships, and community engagement. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in business development and brand growth within a fast-paced creative agency environment.
You’ll work closely with leadership to assist in lead generation, outreach, partnership coordination, and event support — learning how strategy turns into revenue.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation Support
Assist with researching prospective clients and building targeted outreach lists
Support cold outreach efforts (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Help manage and update the sales pipeline and CRM
Track inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up
Assist in preparing pitch materials and case studies
Partnerships & Relationship Support
Help identify potential referral and brand partners
Assist in nurturing relationships through follow-ups and check-ins
Support coordination of collaborative opportunities and activations
Organize partnership materials and success stories for sharing
Community & Event Support
Assist in planning and executing community-facing events
Support logistics for speaking engagements, podcasts, and conferences
Help coordinate promotional materials and follow-up communications
Conduct research on relevant industry events and opportunities
Reporting & Administrative Support
Track outreach efforts and campaign performance
Help compile weekly reports on lead generation and partnership activity
Maintain organized documentation across internal systems
Provide general administrative support to leadership as needed
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Are pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Have internship or campus leadership experience in sales, marketing, or events (a plus but not required)
Are highly organized and detail-oriented
Feel comfortable communicating professionally via email and LinkedIn
Are proactive and eager to take initiative
Thrive in a creative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
