- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for event services and materials
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (sales, executives, partners) to ensure successful on-site execution
- Support pre-event planning and post-event follow-up workflows to ensure leads are aptured, routed, and actioned
Campaign Execution & Performance
- Support execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid media, partner co-marketing)
- Help track campaign and event performance across segments (direct, partners, field marketing)

- Help manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal teams and external partners
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Support ongoing management of HubSpot, including workflows, campaign tracking, and data hygiene
- Assist with lead routing, campaign tracking, and basic reporting
- Maintain database cleanliness through audits, deduplication, and enrichment
- Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing and event performance
- Document processes and contribute to scalable marketing playbooks
Your Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or marketing operations in a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Strong experience executing events, conferences, or field marketing programs
- Familiarity with marketing operations tools (HubSpot preferred, but not required at an expert level)
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously
- Experience tracking campaign performance and working with marketing data
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting
- Experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) is a plus
