Client Success Specialist – Bedrock Digital
At Bedrock Digital, we are looking for a highly motivated Client Success Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing client accounts, maintaining strong communication between clients and the internal team, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service throughout their partnership with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Manage client expectations, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, sales) to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project progress, performance metrics, and campaign results.
- Troubleshoot client issues and work toward effective solutions while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and growth, ensuring clients see continued value from our services.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, particularly in customer service or client account management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to handle challenging client interactions gracefully.
- Ability to multitask and manage several client accounts at once while ensuring top-tier service.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving client challenges.
- Experience working with digital marketing, SEO, or web design services is a plus.
