The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting. This role is focused exclusively on outbound activity, targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations across the United States. The SDR plays a critical role in driving new revenue opportunities by identifying ideal-fit prospects, initiating high-quality conversations, and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
This position is onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona and requires in-office collaboration Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound prospecting strategy through high-volume outreach (60–100+ activities per day) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Align Youtech’s digital marketing solutions with prospect business objectives and growth initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule strategic discovery meetings and ensure effective handoffs
- Support account targeting efforts for mid-market and enterprise prospects nationwide
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM data within HubSpot
- Utilize tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and prospecting
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience
- Experience prospecting mid-market or enterprise accounts preferred
- Strong communication skills with confidence in phone-based outreach
- Highly organized with strong attention to CRM hygiene and process discipline
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed performance targets
- Strong work ethic with eagerness to learn and grow within a performance-driven environment
- 4-year degree in Business or related field preferred but not required
