We’re hiring a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented operator who can move between field sales, events, retail growth, and sales tracking — someone who wants to be inside a startup and grow with it long-term.
What You’ll Be DoingField Sales, Festivals & Brand Hype
You are the face and energy of the brand.
You will work festivals, trade shows, farmers markets, pop-ups, and in-store events — and you’ll be the hype person for Pop Your Vitamins.
You’re the one drawing people in. You’re the one getting strangers excited. You’re the one turning curiosity into customers.
· Work festivals, trade shows, farmers markets, and pop-ups and samples as the face of the brand
· Be the hype person at booths — engaging, sampling, and driving sales
· Lead in-store product demos and sampling events
· Build relationships with store managers and retail buyers
· Knock on doors and open new retail accounts
· Grow existing accounts through hustle and follow-up
· Monitor sell-through and in-store sales performance
· Keep displays clean, stocked, and positioned correctly
· Handle product distribution, merchandising, and restocking
· Collect customer feedback and bring insights back to leadership
Sales Tracking & Data Reporting
· Track weekly sales performance by account
· Monitor inventory levels and re-order needs
· Maintain organized and accurate sales reports
· Identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming accounts
· Assist leadership in evaluating ROI on demos, events, and retail placements

Required Skills & Experience
· Proven ability to sell and build relationships in person
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
· Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
· Strong follow-through and accountability
· Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
· Ability to analyze basic sales data and identify trends
· Professional, confident presence when representing the brand in stores
· Reliable transportation (for retail visits and self-distribution)
· Physically able to lift and transport product cases
Position Details
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $20-$23 (To Be Discussed) with opportunity for commission.
