Positions & Pay
- Sales Reps: OTE $125K–$240K | Base $30K–$50K
- Managers: OTE $150K–$260K | Base $45K–$60K
Unlimited commissions paid bi-weekly

What You’ll Do
- Take live inbound transfer calls from interested agents and lenders
- Present coaching, and local lead systems with authority
- Close quickly, build relationships, and grow recurring business
- Use our advanced CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance
- Lead, mentor, and drive others as you move into management
