Paragon Real Estate, a well-established privately-owned commercial real estate brokerage in downtown Seattle, is seeking an exceptional candidate for their Administrative Marketing Assistant position with strong background in office administration and an interest graphic design/desktop publishing. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and Senior Marketing Specialist and is part of a small, close-knit marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on providing stellar administrative support and a thirst for expanding new skills.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to brokers and marketing staff as needed.
· Design and produce proposals, postcards, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
· Serve as the first point of contact by providing professional front desk reception and greeting clients and visitors courteously.
· Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared areas and ensure conference rooms are prepared for meetings and presentations.
· Order office supplies and manage inventory to support daily operations.
· Demonstrate strong written communication skills, including excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities.
· Input and maintain commercial property listings in NWMLS and other listing platforms.
· Contribute as a flexible team member and assist with tasks at all levels when needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign (strongly preferred)
· Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
· Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
· Adaptable and eager to learn new technology platforms and tools
· Demonstrates professionalism and good judgment in fast-paced situations
· High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
Compensation & Benefits:
· $45K - $50k annual salary, depending on experience
