We're looking for a Junior Performance Creative Designer who lives in the details and thrives on speed. This is a production-forward role sitting inside our Performance Creative team, focused almost entirely on paid advertising channels. You'll be turning briefs into polished, scroll-stopping ads — quickly, accurately, and at volume.

Key Responsibilities
Day to day, you'll be producing static, gif and video ad creative for paid media, primarily for Laura Geller, adapting winning concepts across sizes and formats. Attention to copy accuracy, brand consistency, and social best practices are non-negotiable.
- Produce roughly 200 static and video formats per month
- Cut and format video clips for paid placements (Feed, Stories, Reels)
- Resize and reformat assets across all Meta placement specs
- Work directly from creative briefs and iterate quickly based on performance data
- Flag issues before they ship — you're the last line of quality control
- Maintain clean, organized working files the whole team can pick up
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a design, production, or creative role, agency or in-house. You have a good eye, but also the discipline to follow a brand system precisely. You understand that performance creative isn't about winning design awards — it's about making ads that stop the scroll and drive clicks.
- Fluency in Figma – required
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop required
- You're fast. You're organized. You catch your own mistakes.
- You don't need handholding once you have a brief
- Comfortable with feedback and quick to turn revisions without losing quality
- Familiarity with Meta ad specs and placement formats
- Curiosity about the beauty industry — experience is a bonus
Nice To Have
- Motion graphics or basic animation experience
- Comfort reading performance metrics — CTR, ROAS, thumb-stop rate — to inform creative decisions
- Exposure to TikTok or UGC-style content production
- Experience repurposing creator content for paid placements
