We're looking for a Graphic Designer and Production Artist to support ongoing marketing and design needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in production work, templated layouts, brochure updates, and quick-turn design tasks with a strong eye for consistency and detail. - Execute production-level design tasks with accuracy, speed, and strong attention to detail.
- Prepare files for delivery or publishing across print and digital channels.
- Support digital design needs where possible; e.g., website graphics, social media/LinkedIn assets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with project goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Production Artist, Junior Designer, or similar role.
- Comfortable working within established templates and brand guidelines.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple small projects at once.
- Must provide own computer; a Mac can be provided if needed.
- Based in Houston preferred (parking not covered).
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating digital assets for web or social media.
- Familiarity with designing for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
