Role Summary
Operational lead for wholesale order flow. Owns the lifecycle from buyer PO → BlueCherry allocation → confirmed OA. Primary buyer-facing contact for order confirmations, edits, and status.
Core Responsibilities
· QC buyer POs (units, dollars, pricing, styles, colors)
· Submit and log orders (OBM) with standardized formatting
· Allocate and stock-check in BlueCherry
· Flag shortages and manage OA release
· Serve as main ops contact for buyers
· Maintain customer rules and system accuracy
· Escalate issues within defined timelines
· Back up Order Entry when needed
Must-Have
· 1–3 years wholesale order management
· Strong buyer-facing written communication
· Advanced Excel (formulas, data validation)
· High attention to detail and process discipline
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
· ERP familiarity (BlueCherry or similar)
Nice-to-Have
· Apparel industry experience
· NuORDER familiarity
· Multi-brand environment exposure
· Experience supporting founder/exec
