Sam’s Air Control is a growing HVAC contractor serving residential and commercial customers across New Jersey. Since 2014, the company has focused on reliable service, quality installations, and strong customer relationships. As our team and service footprint continue to expand, we are investing heavily in marketing, lead generation, and brand development to support long-term growth. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing efforts, manage lead generation across multiple channels, and help build systems that consistently convert marketing into booked appointments and revenue.
Duties
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and other platforms to generate qualified leads while maintaining strong ROI.
- Manage PPC strategy including campaign setup, A/B testing, performance tracking through Google Analytics, and ongoing optimization to control cost per lead.
- Oversee SEO strategy including page optimization, search ranking improvements, and overall website performance.
- Manage website hosting and infrastructure, including the ability to transition or manage site ownership without disruption.
- Coordinate Meta marketing initiatives including Facebook advertising campaigns, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Help develop and manage an in-house appointment setting process, working closely with sales and service teams to improve lead quality and booking rates.
- Monitor lead flow and adjust marketing strategy based on seasonal demand, weather patterns, and operational capacity.
- Develop and manage email marketing and CRM campaigns, including automated messaging and follow-up funnels.
- Create a roadmap for future marketing improvements including website redesign, optimized PPC landing pages, expanded organic social media presence, and brand modernization.
- Track marketing performance and report on campaign results, lead generation, and ROI.
Requirements
- ServiceTitan Operations & Automation — Preferred. Experience working with ServiceTitan marketing or reporting tools is a strong plus.
- PPC / Google Ads Management — Required. Experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns.
- Google Analytics — Required. Ability to track performance, analyze campaign data, and optimize based on results.
- Meta / Facebook Ads — Required. Experience managing Meta ad campaigns, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- SEO Strategy — Required. Experience optimizing websites and improving search rankings.
- Website Management & Hosting — Required. Familiarity with website infrastructure, hosting, and domain management.
- Email & CRM Marketing — Preferred. Experience building automated email or messaging funnels for lead follow-up.
- Home Services / HVAC Marketing — Preferred. Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home service businesses.
- Experience —Seeking someone who can perform independently and drive results immediately. A deep understanding is required and an ability to prosper in the aformentioned fields. Fast learners, problem solvers, and seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year
