Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid preferred)
Hours: 10–15 hours per week
About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating polished presentations, managing outreach campaigns, and handling social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with marketing outreach, including email campaigns and partnership communications
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
- Draft marketing copy for posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Conduct light market research and competitor analysis
- Track engagement metrics and provide basic performance reports
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Experience with email marketing tools is a plus
