Job Title: Financial Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with strong accounting or treasury experience and a solid analytical background. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA. This role focuses heavily on FX process management, forecasting, reporting, and treasury operations support.
Required Qualifications
- Accounting or Treasury experience (required)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA (required)
- Experience with financial reporting and forecasting processes
Key Responsibilities FX Process Management
- Collaborate with the Director, Treasury FP&A to manage and oversee the FX process for L’Oréal North America (US & Canada).
- Support the Forecasting Process (FIP) and reporting to L’Oréal Group.
- Ensure all prerequisites are in place for a smooth forecasting cycle.
- Analyze financial fluctuations and gather explanations from business stakeholders.
Month-End Close (FX – CLIP)
- Prepare and manage the month-end FX Close (CLIP).
- Utilize tools such as Blackline, SAP, and FX Reports.
- Ensure FX impacts are accurately recorded in the P&L and Balance Sheet.
Treasury Systems & Projects
- Partner with the Treasury Director to implement and manage IT projects related to treasury operations.
- Support initiatives such as integrated treasury operations processes and treasury tool upgrades requested by Group Treasury.
Reporting & Treasury Support
- Prepare Cash Flow Actuals reporting using the Anaplan tool.
