Financial Analyst (Client Services) | Market Competitive Salary | High Visibility, Analysis Driven Role!
Location: Tampa, FL | In Office 4 Days/Week (WFH Fridays)
Travel: ~10% (Typically 2–3 days at the start of an engagement)

You'll work side by side with senior leaders and external advisors, gaining exposure to a wide range of industries, business models, and project types. Responsibilities:
- Apply accounting, finance, and analytical expertise to financial modeling, valuation analyses, business plan evaluations, and financial statement analysis
- Build and support detailed financial models, budgets, and forward looking projections
- Prepare polished client facing presentations and written deliverables
- Collaborate directly with client leadership, internal teams, and external advisors across multiple ongoing engagements
- Perform data analytics and structured analysis to support recommendations
- Lead heavy Excel-based work, including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling exercises
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- CPA a plus, but not required
- Public accounting + industry mix or pure industry experience required
- Not seeking candidates whose experience is strictly public accounting
- Experience at small or middle market companies strongly preferred
- Experience in the lending spaces a plus
- Exposure to FP&A and financial modeling is highly desirable
- Intellectually curious, sharp, and eager to learn
- Strong Excel skills (there will be a practical test)
