Financial Analyst – Treasury & FX (SAP Required)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Treasury FP&A team. This role will focus heavily on foreign exchange (FX) management, forecasting, reporting, and treasury operations support across North America (U.S. and Canada).
This position requires strong accounting or treasury experience, advanced analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Treasury FP&A to manage and oversee the FX forecasting process for North America.
- Lead the Forecasting Process (FIP) and support reporting to global headquarters.
- Ensure all prerequisites are in place for a smooth and accurate forecasting cycle.
- Analyze FX fluctuations and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather explanations and insights.
- Prepare and manage month-end FX close (CLIP) using tools such as SAP, Blackline, and FX reporting systems.
- Ensure accurate recording of FX impacts in the P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Support and co-lead treasury-related IT initiatives, including system enhancements and integrated treasury operations processes.
- Prepare and report Cash Flow Actuals using Anaplan.
- Provide cross-functional treasury support, including Cash Management and Payments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or treasury (treasury preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Required: Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with Blackline and/or Anaplan is a plus.
- Solid understanding of FX processes and financial statement impacts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
