Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or entry-level finance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or ERP tools is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with finance and non-finance partners.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of routine financial reports, summaries, and dashboards to support management review.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by validating data, performing basic variance analysis, and documenting results.
- Assist with data migration and accounting processes to the updated software architecture.
- Collect, organize, and maintain financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Partner with internal teams to respond to routine financial questions and data requests.
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by Finance leadership.
- Follow established financial controls, policies, and documentation standards to support audit and compliance requirements.
