We are looking for a dynamic Marketing/Communications Manager with customer advocacy to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience.
• Manage customer advocacy programs to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Utilize tools such as Airtable, Salesforce, or similar platforms to streamline marketing workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance customer success.
• Craft and share impactful customer success stories to showcase value and drive engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Oversee the development of social media content to expand brand visibility.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and communications that effectively tell the brand’s story.
• Stay updated on industry trends and B2B or SaaS marketing practices to innovate and improve strategies.
• Proven experience in marketing, customer success, or communications roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, with knowledge of Airtable, Wrike, or Asana preferred.
• Strong skills in email campaign management and social media content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and customer success stories.
• Familiarity with B2B or SaaS marketing environments.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
