Solutions Consultant – Retail Software (Product Adoption)
We build retail software used by real businesses every day. Our platform is moving to modular apps across POS, WMS, purchasing, promotions, and integrations. The software exists. The opportunity is making sure customers actually use it.
We’re looking for a consulting-style, hands-on problem solver who likes working with customers, understands business processes, and enjoys turning real needs into working software with engineers.
What you’ll do
- Work directly with retail customers to understand how their business operates
- Demo apps and guide customers through real workflows
- Identify gaps, bugs, and missing functionality blocking adoption
- Translate customer needs into clear specs and engineering tickets
- Work closely with engineers to prioritize, test, and validate fixes
- Collaborate w/ support team to spot adoption and expansion opportunities
- Push items forward until customers are live and actively using the product
The profile we’re looking for
- 2-4 years in a consulting, implementation, or solutions role
- Experience with retail at management level, e-commerce, POS, ERP, WMS, or SaaS platforms
- Software Engineer, project manager, business analyst looking for new career paths
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
- Comfortable on customer calls and technical discussions
- Able to demo software, write tickets, and test functionality
- Proactive, organized, and willing to own problems end to end

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
