KBPR is a boutique PR and talent management agency specializing in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. The agency works closely with brands, creators, and talent to execute PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand activations.
KBPR is seeking an organized and proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, and brand collaborations across multiple clients.
This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience working in influencer marketing, talent management, or a PR agency environment and understands the workflow behind brand partnerships and creator campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Campaign Coordination
- Assist with managing influencer campaigns across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle clients
- Coordinate outreach, communication, and follow-ups with creators and talent teams
- Track campaign deliverables, posting schedules, and deadlines
- Maintain organized campaign trackers and partnership documents
- Ensure all content is delivered according to campaign requirements
Creator & Talent Relations
- Coordinate product gifting and shipments to influencers and creators
- Assist with managing creator relationships and ongoing partnerships
- Support negotiations and campaign logistics with talent managers and agents
- Track influencer performance and campaign reporting
Campaign Operations
- Assist with organizing influencer lists, campaign documentation, and internal trackers
- Coordinate contracts, approvals, and content timelines
- Monitor influencer content and ensure campaign requirements are fulfilled
- Assist with compiling campaign recaps and reporting
Event & Activation Support
- Support influencer coordination for brand events and activations
- Assist with guest list management and creator RSVPs
- Coordinate influencer attendance and on-site logistics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or a similar agency environment
- Strong understanding of influencer campaigns, brand partnerships, and creator deliverables
- Experience communicating with influencers, talent managers, or brand teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, fashion, or a related field preferred
Tools & Skills
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience managing campaign trackers and deliverable timelines
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and reporting tools is a plus
